Working Principle & Construction
The water screen pipe consists of:
- Surface profiles (V-shaped wires) – Precisely spaced to form uniform filtration slots.
- Support profiles – Provide structural stability, with surface profiles welded onto them.
Depending on the arrangement of the V-shaped wires, the pipe operates in two flow modes:
✔ Flow-out-to-in – Filtration from the outside inward.
✔ Flow-in-to-out – Filtration from the inside outward.
