The Pipe Based Dual Screen is an engineered well completion solution designed for superior sand control and long-term reliability in demanding downhole environments. It combines a high-strength API casing base pipe with an all-welded wedge wire screen jacket, offering dual-layer filtration and enhanced structural integrity.
Precise Sand Control: Features a V-shaped slot design with filtration accuracy from 0.15mm to 3mm, ensuring effective sand retention without compromising flow efficiency.
Robust Construction: The internal base pipe (K55, J55, N80, or customized grades) maintains over 97% of its original strength, providing exceptional resistance to deformation and high tensile loads.
High Open Flow Area: Screen jacket offers up to 30% open area, while the perforated base pipe provides up to 15%, maximizing fluid entry and optimizing production rates.
Customizable Configuration: Available in diameters from 1 to 10 inches and unit lengths from 1.5 to 5.8 meters. Materials include stainless steel (304, 304L, 316L) or carbon steel, with end connections such as STC, LTC, or BTC.
Cost-Effective Performance: Efficient manufacturing enables high-volume production with consistent quality, reducing total cost of ownership while improving oil and gas recovery.
